APPLYING AI/ML TO PRODUCT DESIGN AND BUSINESS STRATEGY
In order to design advanced user experiences, you need to understand the capabilities and implications of a wide range of technological advances. Today, I lead and manage several GenAi-focused Incubation initiatives within Deloitte, focused on using UX to design complex agentic workflows and creating new capabilities, methods, and processes for our clients and the Deloitte Digital organization.

In addition, I've earned certification from the MIT Sloan Business School in conjunction with MIT's CSAIL (Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Lab) to deepen my understanding of current AI capabilities, trends, and new management challenges.

TCU EXECUTIVE DESIGNER IN RESIDENCE / DESIGN MENTOR
Since 2015, I’ve shared my experience and insights by teaching and mentoring undergraduate, graduate, and executive education students at TCU’s Neely Business School as the Executive Designer in Residence. Here I have worked with TCU’s IDEA FACTORY team to support teams across the university as they apply design-centered frameworks to solve a wide range of challenges.

In addition, I helped establish and chaired Design Frontiers Texas in 2018-20. Design Frontiers was a collaborative effort between TCU business school faculty and local design leaders. This team held a series of free design education and networking sessions that were open to the surrounding DFW community.
